Welcome to the Houston Civil War Round Table. Our organization's mission is to promote impartial inquiry, study, and education about the period of the American Civil War and its causes and aftermath.

We hold monthly meetings on the third Thursday of each month, from September through May at The Briar Club, Westheimer at 2603 Timmons Lane, to hear well-known experts on the war speak and answer questions. Our meetings include voluntary quizzes with a trophy to the winner. We also hold a monthly book raffle.
