The Houston Civil War Round Table - Privacy Policy: The Houston Civil War Round Table (HCWRT) will make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected.  The HCWRT will not distribute your contact information to any third parties without your approval. Membership Directory: Periodically the HCWRT will produce and distribute a HCWRT Membership Directory. This directory is only distributed to current members. If you would prefer not to share your personal contact information with other HCWRT members you can indicate that preference at the field level on your application. NOTE: By default these preferences are set to allow us to share your personal contact information with other HCWRT members. The only information that is required on our Membership Application is: A Membership Type Your First and Last Name, and your preferred Salutation (or Honorific). Your Mailing Address A Phone Number and Your Email Address This required information will be used to contact you and verify your applicaton. It is also used to keep you informed about the activities of the HCWRT. We also ask for your Birth Month and Year as well as your Gender, but that information is not required. We only use that information in order to better understand the demographics of our membership rolls.
